Responsibilities:
1. Full Set Account Management
- Handle complete accounting processes for company.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare income statement, balance sheet, monthly financial statements and relevant schedules.
3. Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Manage billing, collections and debtor analysis.
4. Accounts Payable (AP)
- Handle invoicing, payments and creditor analysis.
5. Bank Reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts.
6. Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- LCCI / Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
- Good communication skill, independent and problem-solving skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in the accounting field is advantageous.
- Proficient in AutoCount accounting software is a plus.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Malay.
- Working location is Johor Bahru.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
