Standard Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all food and beverage arrangements are prepared according to event requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand event needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with chefs and service staff to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in planning seating arrangements, buffet setup, and service flow.
- Ensure F&B services run according to the event schedule.
- Quickly manage and resolve any F&B-related issues during events.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service meet brand standards.
- Check F&B inventory levels for events and request stock as needed.
- Oversee cleanliness of event area before, during, and after the event.
