We’re looking for a proactive and organized Event & Marketing Executive to support our marketing campaigns, events, and business collaborations. Join us to be part of a dynamic team driving exciting projects and brand growth!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute company events including product launches, roadshows, marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities.
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics including venue booking, setup, transportation, and event flow.
2. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure all events and marketing activities align with company branding and objectives.
- Liaise with external partners for joint projects, product collaboration, or promotional campaigns.
3. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of event or marketing materials/services.
4. Budget & Financial Management
- Assist in developing and monitoring event/marketing budgets, ensuring expenses are within approved limits.
- Submit all related payments and documentation for the department.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, branding guidelines, safety standards, and local regulations.
6. Marketing & Business Development
- Support marketing activities at the retail level, including mini program implementation and promotions.
- Liaise with partners on collaboration projects, co-marketing efforts, and campaign activations.
7. Leasing Coordination
- Assist in liaising with malls or property management teams on leasing and marketing-related documentation and activities.
- Coordinate approvals and submissions required for tenancy or promotional activities within mall premises.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in events or marketing
- Experience in dealing with malls, retail, or consignment channels is an advantage
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Good communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external partners
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners)
