AlS International School follows the Cambridge curriculum for primary, secondary, and IGCSE levels. We are currently in search of a passionate and skilled Secondary English Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and inspire students to excel in English Language and Literature.
Candidates with prior teaching experience and familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and standards will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent teaching and learning to help students achieve high academic standards in a student-centered environment.
- Plan, prepare, and develop high-quality lessons in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Create a dynamic and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning and language development.
- Employ a range of instructional strategies, resources, and tools to meet diverse student needs.
- Assess, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on student performance to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, colleagues, and school management regarding student progress.
- Complete lesson plans, reports, and other required educational documentation on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or English-related field, with a recognized teaching qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Secondary English within the Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum, preferably in an international school.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- High standards of professionalism and commitment to student success.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
