Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate teachers across Early Years, Primary, and Secondary levels to deliver the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum. The successful candidates will bring energy, innovation, and professionalism to their role, and will be excited to help shape the academic journey of our students from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development.
- Contribute to school-wide activities, co-curricular programs, and community events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Inspiros’ standards of teaching, learning, and care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., Diploma in Education, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (experience in international schools is preferred).
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the growth of a new school.
