Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack items for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online orders.
- Ensure the correct items, quantity, and packaging are used for each order.
- Print and attach shipping labels and invoices.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Assist in stock counting, restocking, and inventory updates.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area.
- Coordinate with courier services for parcel pick-up.
- Follow packing and safety guidelines to prevent errors and damage.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- 1 year of packing or warehouse experience is an advantage (fresh graduates also welcome).
- Able to handle repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic reading and understanding of product labels and order forms.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work overtime or weekends during peak sales periods.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
