To be responsible for order fulfillment, invoicing, and managing product listings and customer interactions on our platform. Additionally, the role includes hosting livestreams to engage with the audience and promote products.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the seamless execution of everyday tasks related to online sales and platform management.
- Serve as an on-air host to promote products, interact with viewers, and boost customer engagement and sales.
- Handle customer orders from initial placement through to successful fulfillment across all e-commerce channels.
- Prepare and issue invoices promptly following the completion of order fulfillment.
- Ensure all product listings are accurately uploaded, regularly updated, and well-presented on all platforms.
Skills and Requirements:
· Candidate must possess Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in business administrative, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Experience in e-commerce or administrative roles is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new e-commerce tools, platforms, and technologies

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
