Job Responsibilities

Provide 2D and 3D event site layout plans, including booths, stage, activity zones, walkways, and facility areas.
Produce concept sketches and visual mock-ups according to the needs of clients and the event team.
Coordinate with the technical team and vendors to ensure the design aligns with logistical and safety requirements.
Update technical plans based on last-minute revisions and ensure final documents are ready for implementation.
Prepare additional graphic materials for event presentations such as site infographics, visitor flow, and location guides.
Assist during event setup to ensure execution aligns with the approved plan.
Manage design documentation, CAD files, and all design versions for reference purposes.
Experience in large-scale events, government/corporate exhibitions, or international expos.
Basic knowledge of event site safety aspects and visitor flow.

Job Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, 3ds Max, Rhino).
At least 2 years of experience in event or exhibition design (event/exhibition drafting).
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-departmental team.
Able to work independently, self-discipline, proactive & team player

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
