We are seeking a proactive Distribution Executive to ensure our world-class products are delivered to international and local customers efficiently and securely.
Role Overview:
This role is the backbone of our distribution function. You will be responsible for the physical movement and export of our products, from preparing shipments and documentation to coordinating with transportation providers. You will ensure every product is packed securely and every document is accurate for a smooth customs clearance process. This role also includes providing excellent service to our walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shipment Coordination & Logistics:
- Execute and manage all aspects of overseas/export shipments from our door to the customer's destination.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx) to book shipments, obtain tracking details, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Proactively track shipments and provide status updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Understand and apply international commercial terms (Incoterms) for each shipment.
- Assist in resolving any logistical issues or delays that arise during transit.
2. Export Documentation:
- Prepare and verify all required export documentation with 100% accuracy, including Commercial Invoice, Detailed Packing Lists , and Certificates of Origin.
- Ensure all documentation complies with the specific requirements of the destination country.
- File and maintain organized records of all shipping documents for auditing purposes.
3. Packing & Handling:
- Physically pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all items are secured and protected against damage during transit, which is critical for sensitive security equipment.
- Label all packages correctly according to shipping and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels of packing materials and supplies.
4. Customer Service (Walk-in):
- Provide professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to walk-in customers.
- Handle product collection and assist with basic customer inquiries related to distribution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a logistics, shipping, or export role.
- Required: Hands-on experience preparing export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
- Experience coordinating with freight and courier companies.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Customer-Oriented: A professional and helpful demeanor when dealing with walk-in customers.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
