The Opportunity

The Director, Human Resources is responsible for providing strategic advice, guidance and leadership across all aspects of human resources. The Director will lead Monash University Malaysia in our efforts to achieve excellence and innovation in the delivery of HR services. The incumbent will be expected to adopt contemporary work practices, consistent with what is expected of a senior officer in a Top 50 university. The Director will drive a range of activities that include strategic workforce planning, administrative reform and innovation, talent management projects, strategic direction and planning, reporting, performance measurement, budget and change management.
Reporting Line: Reports to Chief Operations Officer and Registrar
