Job Description
● Campaign and Operation Management
○ Support team’s strategic operations for digital services such as Gift Cards and Digital Vouchers.
○ Manage day-to-day operations including marketing campaign setup, execution, and monitoring as well as weekly/monthly performance reporting.
○ Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose new campaigns.
○ Work closely with marketing, finance, IT, and customer service teams to develop both technical and business solutions for specific partners.
● Analytic and Data Monitoring
○ Conduct market research to collect qualitative and quantitative data to generate impactful business insights to drive growth and profitability.
○ Monitor data and conduct data analysis to support the business strategy.
● Daily Operations
○ Be responsible for daily tasks, including resolving CS cases and financial reconciliations, to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or above in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics) or 1-3 years of work experience
● Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective cross-team collaboration and issue resolution; Mandarin speaker is preferred
● Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
● Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a cross-functional environment
● Marketing experience and data analysis are a plus

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
