· Conduct market research to identify trends, understand competitor landscape, and pinpoint target audiences within the learning and development space.
· Analyze customer data and marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
· Develop and execute marketing planning with marketing team, including paid ads, email & sms marketing, and webinars.
· Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing materials
· Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure campaign success.
· Generate marketing reports to analyze data and identify trends.
· Work closely with the sales team & relevan stakeholders to generate leads and support the overall sales funnel.
· Present marketing performance data to stakeholders and recommend adjustments to the strategy as needed.
