Job Description:
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Produce and edit engaging TikTok videos aligned with current trends and company branding
- Support paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance (engagement, reach, leads)
- Assist in email marketing and website updates
- Conduct basic graphic design using tools like Canva
- Stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends
- Engage and communicate with customers via comments, DMs, and social media interactions
- Perform other digital marketing tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Malay and English (spoken and written)
- A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or other related fields
- Experience or interest in content creation, especially for TikTok and Instagram
- Familiar with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics
- Good communication skills and confident in engaging with online audiences
- Eager to learn, creative, and able to adapt to fast-moving trends
