- Conduct nutritional assessments and create personalized diet plans based on clients’ health status, lifestyle, and goals.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and therapeutic diets (e.g., diabetic, renal, cardiac, etc.).
- Monitor client progress and modify plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
- Conduct nutrition workshops or awareness sessions as required.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and outcomes.
- Assess patients’ dietary habits, medical history, and nutritional needs.
- Develop personalized meal plans based on medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, obesity, renal disorders).
- Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Stay current with research and guidelines in clinical nutrition and dietetics.
