Responsibilities:
- To deliver Sale and Purchase Agreement / other relevant documents to panel lawyer for stamping.
- To collect Sale and Purchase Agreement / other relevant documents from panel lawyer for developer execution.
- To send out billing to end financing upon Architect Certificate obtained.
- To send Gadaian documents to LPPSA for execution procedure.
- To collect documents from purchasers.
- To go to bank for cheque / cash bank in.
- To go to post office for posting letters.
- Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents.
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Good command in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, and positive working attitude and able to work in team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
