Responsibilities:
- Performing in-house and on-site technical support and installation for dental Xray machines
- Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions in a timely manner
- Providing technical support and user training to dental staff on the proper use and care of equipment
- Ensuring all equipment and instruments meet safety and regulatory standards
- Other duties as assigned at times.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering, Dental Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience and / or training in dental industry would be added advantages.
- Candidate with working knowledge of computer and dental imaging software will be considered a plus.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to diagnose and repair dental equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
- Possess own transport & willing to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
