- Providing good customer service and treatment explanation including Dental packages and procedures to the patients.
- Helping in the schedule and appointment of the patients.
- Efficiently support day-to-day operations and the smooth flow of patients through the clinic.
- Provide a consistent patient experience, ensuring appropriate hours of operation to meet the needs of patients and providers.
- Coordinate the needs of doctors.
- Resolve patient concerns, complaints and issues to promote patient excellence.
- Assist for Dental procedures.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM/Certificate in relevant field.
- Previous experience working in a dental clinic is an added advantage.
- Confident and reassuring attitude.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
