ICAP

ICAP, part of TP ICAP group, provides a wide variety of execution and information services to wholesale market participants.

We offer broking services covering a wide range of asset classes, including Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX, Money Market Funds and Rates.

For each asset class, ICAP offers e-trading capability, giving clients the option to enter prices and execute trades directly via one of our hybrid electronic trading systems, or to engage with brokers who can identify and negotiate trades

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with Fixed Income products with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Support the Dealing staff with clerical tasks.
• Input data into Reuters and other financial systems.
• Communicate effectively with the Dealing staff.
• Perform duties and responsibilities with integrity, diligence, and tact.
• Follow company policies and guidelines.
• Adhere to directives from the immediate supervisor and management.
• Show initiative and competence in organizing daily workflow.
• Promote a risk and compliance-aware culture and comply with group policies.
• Exercise independent judgment and act with integrity, care, skill, and diligence to avoid conflicts of interest and escalate issues as appropriate.

Desired

• Familiarity with trade lifecycle and post-trade processes
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Reuters, Bloomberg)
