At Bjak, we are scaling fast - and merchants are at the heart of our ecosystem. As a Dealer Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for finding, convincing, and growing the right merchants to join us.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in developing and identifying opportunities, creating strategies, and securing impactful partnerships with external stakeholders. Your mission is to make Bjak the platform merchants aspire to join and ensure their success once they’re on board. We want a true merchant growth, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to hunt, pitch, and close, builds strong relationships, and consistently delivers results

Excel at meticulously planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing initiatives for business expansion
Confidently manage all partners (internal and external), including visiting, presenting, negotiating with corporate clients, and resolving potential issues
Guarantee the best service quality for all partners
Lead internal strategy for planning, executing, and tracking brand-funded campaigns, ensuring we deliver value and meet partner objectives.
Drive commercial reporting by track, analyze, and report on the performance and overall impact of our brand partnership initiatives to leadership.
The Right Fit Has…3–5 years’ experience in merchant acquisition, partnerships, or sales.
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
Experience in fintech, digital payments, or e-commerce ecosystems.
Nice to Have
Exposure to growth-stage startups or scale-ups.
Understanding of digital marketing campaigns and merchant promotions.
Regional merchant acquisition experience.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations
Experience collaborating with product and technical teams to define requirements for advertising or marketing technology platforms
