POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
LOCATION -KLANG
SALARY - RM 3000-4000
Job Duties:
To update capacity planning (morning, afternoon)
Checking email (print order-check, acc-check price customer and lowest price)
Liaise with logistic (on delivery customer/outsource)
Planning order and key in all relevant data and drawing to electronic form (CSP System)
Ensure the plywood send by customer all relevant information which include price
Close name list and filling
Check glass stock (update to department head to liaise with salesperson and purchaser for glass purchase)
Answering incoming call and revert customers’ order status.
Follow-up outsource order-status/delivery/collection
Checking outsource D/O and invoice
Chasing order and sample with production sometime
Monitoring the processing status/completion status
Help on logistic to prepare packing list
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
