Responsibilities
- Delivering superior customer interactions, as assessed through the client's call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Presenting to the public a strong working expertise in all clients Supported Products (now and in the future) as measured by client’s call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction survey scores.
- Ensuring innovation and quality in all Customer interactions as measured reports and customer satisfaction survey
- Capturing all required data elements in client’s internal Online Store and other systems of record as required by training and operational procedures.
- Maintaining a general awareness of our client’s strengths in the industry and assisting Customers by answering queries relating to their order status, changes, and delivery timeframes
Requirement
- Minimum of Diploma in any field
- Demonstrated ability to write in Bahasa Melayu languages as well as English.
- Professional working experience dealing with face-to-face or virtual interactions with customers preferred.
- Demonstrated telephone skills, including the ability to use the phone system and to control call direction and duration.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge on high technology products and computers and operating systems

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
