Responsibilities
- Ensure customers satisfaction is at its highest while managing and tracking KPI's.
- Trouble shoots and track job progress from beginning until the end.
- Liaise with all related departments / divisions to ensure job completion.
- Maintain good relations with customers.
- Meet with customers on a need be basis to enhance relations and solve problems.
- Assist in collecting payment from customers.
- Any other job that maybe assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in logistics environment
- Computer literate
- Written and spoken in english
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
