Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers.
- Handle general inquiries related to the company’s products and services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Manage customer feedback, comments, and suggestions.
- Ensure timely and professional communication across all support channels.
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates with SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualifications
- Open to working in Iskandar Puteri.
- Willing to commit to a 6-day work week with rotational shifts.
