Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for customers on bookings, inquiries, and service matters.
Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints professionally and
promptly.
Provide regular updates on shipment status, schedules, and required documents.
Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Shipping
Instructions)
Ensure all documents are accurate and comply with regulations and customer
instructions.
Coordinate document release according to company and port guidelines.
Work closely with operations, sales, and planning teams to ensure smooth cargo
handling.
Monitor container movements and notify customers of any issues or delays.
Ensure compliance with customs rules, shipping regulations, and company
policies.
Communicate with terminal operators, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to
support cargo movement.

Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the shipping or logistics industry
Familiar with shipping processes (Intra Process).
