In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Respond to sales enquiry or request in a timely manner
- Develop relationship with potential clients by following up on inbound leads and making outbound emails/calls
- Design and implement customer renewals/retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
- Experience in Salesforce or any Customer Relation Management System
- Track leads and associated revenue, maintain and update sales database
- Present excellent knowledge in our products and services to prospective clients
- Be involved in developing and analyzing data to improve sales strategy and process
- Work efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Prerequisites for the role include:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Sales driven with excellent track record
- Experience in B2B Inside Sales preferred
- Experience in serviced office, service apartments or sales related industry is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Working timing
- Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm (Operation timing)
- 9 working hours perday (including lunch hours)
- 5 Working days (2 Off days)

Salary Package
- Base pay: up to RM4000.00
- KPI allowance: up to RM1500.00/month
- Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month
