We’re looking for a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service Coordinator (Overseas Development) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our international operations, developing strong relationships with overseas agents, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from quotation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all agent enquiries and complaints, ensuring replies are issued.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, clearly defining the scope of work for each job.
- Secure confirmed propositions from agents and create system quotations upon shipment confirmation.
- Monitor agent trading behavior closely and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Operate independently to resolve logistics issues and provide customized solutions to both agents and routed customers.
- Liaise with overseas agents and perform market intelligence to support competitive positioning.
- Actively develop new business opportunities with routed customers.
- Support the operations team by assisting with job orders when needed and covering for absent team members.
- Maintain a positive, cooperative, and productive working environment across departments.
- Promote a professional and healthy image of the company through high-quality service delivery.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role focused on overseas development or international client coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Experience in logistics, sales coordination, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
