Job Scopes:
Case Management Cohort:
- Ensure all cases are complete and ready to be assigned to the medical specialist without
- delay.
- Equitable and efficient case allocation to ensure cases are reported within SLAs.
- Facilitate report delivery to sites.
Client Support Cohort:
- Dedicated first line resource for client queries and complaints.
- Answer inbound phone calls.
- Liaise with clients including medical specialist and medical practitioner
- Clinical governance activities, including notification of addenda and
- discrepancy notifications.
Medical Specialist Support Cohort:
- Dedicated first line support for radiologists.
- Assist with all radiologist workflow queries/issues.
- Facilitate radiologists’ communication with clients including notification of significant findings and critical alerts.
- Typing of medical reports to ensure accuracy and inclusion of client specific requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times.
- Proven track record of problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and decision-making skills.
- Understanding and achievement of individual and team KPIs
- Demonstrate commitment to and understanding of Operations team values.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all roles and responsibilities within all Cohorts.
- Moderate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Participating in ISO and NATA audits as required.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
