What We Offer:
Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500/month
KPI Allowance: RM300

Working Hours:
Shifts: Sunday-Thursday (following Middle East Market working day)
Schedule: 5 working days with 2 days off (based on shifts)
Daily Hours: 9 hours per day

Job Responsibility:
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products, features, or services etc appeal to persuade potential customers that present the product benefits.
- Recommends the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
- Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess min SPM or relevant certificate in any field.
- Language: English & Bahasa
- Computer Literate.
- Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent at communication skills.
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution.
