Job Details:
- Location: Cyberjaya
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Contract Duration: 5 months
- Salary Offered: RM 2,900
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer experience, relationship and satisfaction across the end-to-end journey of customers.
- Delivers end-to-end customer support, from contract and account set-up, through to order and payment.
- Will be accountable for a certain customer portfolio to take ownership, drive accountability, and demonstrate and communicate improvements for customer journey.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak and write effectively in English.
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service.
- Experience in managing customer retention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: Up to RM2,900.00 per month
