Job Description
To handle and respond to customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond to question about FedEx.
Responsibilities
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Enjoy communicating with customers via telephone.
- Able to multi-task by working with various system while communicating via headset.
- Able to articulate and speak well in English.
Working hour’s arrangement
- Working days: Mon – Sat
- Available to work on Public Holidays (Public Holiday OT rates available)
- Australia market working hours – Shift starts at 5 am / 6 am and operations end at 6pm (MY time).
