Position Objective:
- To collaborate with cross-functional team to develop and implement effective marketing technology strategies, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of Customer Data Platform and Marketing Automation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize and collaborate with vendor, marketing, crm, ecommerce, and IT teams to implement marketing technology stack, including CDP, MA and Analytics that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns using Customer Data Platform & Marketing Automations tools to achieve sales objectives and follow up by analyzing the marketing data to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different marketing platforms and systems.
- Provide training and support to marketing team members on CDP & MA tools best practices
- Evaluate and integrate external technological platforms, ensuring they enhance the overall Martech architecture with automation and personalization capabilities.
- Measuring effectiveness & efficiencies of Martech 2 knowledge & continuously improve to increase these measurements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Proficient in a blend of technology stacks, including CDP, Marketing Automation, Loyalty Management Systems, Analytics tools, Customer Engagement Platforms.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in customer insights, data & analytics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent.
Specific Skills:
- Good communication skills, both oral & written in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, English and Bahasa.
- Knowledge on the latest Martech features.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Candidate to possess strong understanding of retail, customer data platform, marketing automation and data analytics. Responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack to drive customer engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth.
