Job Description
- Assist Section Head in fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the MBL System.
- Assist Section Head to maintain and develop the growth of Key Accounts.
- Assist Section Head / Sales team follow up on business prospect.
- Timeliness and accuracy on handling business inquiries as per Quality System KPI.
- Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
- Build and proactively manage trust relationships with Key Accounts.
- Go beyond clients' core business to identify new opportunities.
- Be abreast of SGS new products and services and propose them to customers as appropriate.
- Assist on Debtors collection to meet DSO target.
- At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
- Adherence to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS and is fully implemented in accordance with ISO 17020 & MIBAS policy, 17065 & ACB policy and ISO17025 & SAMM policy"(where applicable/required).
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when always carry out your responsibilities to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized university/college, in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering course.
- Minimum 1-5 years’ experience.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fluent in English and local language, high level of written and verbal in English.
