Responsibilities:
- To assist handover key to house buyer
- To monitor and follow up on defect inspection, documentation and ensure contractors carry out rectification works
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails and messages in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers after sales service
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/professional Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Candidate possess Diploma in C&S, M&E or Architecture or any equivalent Engineering studies will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year customer service working experience in property developer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
