We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the banking and consumer products industry.
YOUR TASKS:
- Make calls to customers with overdue payments
- Negotiate professionally to arrange payment plans
- Update system and payment records
- Use basic computer skills & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Malaysian citizens aged 18–35
- Fresh graduates? Highly encouraged to apply!
- Able to work full-time & willing to learn from scratch
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 2 times a month
- Public holidays: Fully off
- No OT – Guaranteed work-life balance
