About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Creative Project Assistant to support our upcoming arts and culture initiatives. This hybrid role combines event coordination, planning and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Content Creation: Develop graphics, posters, and promotional materials for social media, print, and event use.
- Event and Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of workshops and exhibitions. Coordinate with vendors, artists, and collaborators to ensure smooth project delivery and timely execution.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance for ongoing projects.
- Grant and Proposal Writing: Assist in preparing and submitting grant applications, proposals, and supporting documents to government agencies and funding bodies.
- Sponsorship Support: Assist in identifying, approaching, and managing sponsors or partners for events and projects.
- Reporting: Draft clear, concise, and well-structured reports for internal records
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mass Comm, Graphic Design, Project Management, Arts, or related field
- Basic knowledge of design tools
- Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Organized, independent, and proactive
- Bonus: passion for cultural and heritage work
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
