1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
2. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:
- Oversee the full AR function, including billing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, as well as efficient collections of receivables.
- Monitor AR aging reports and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth transactions and collections.
3. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
4. Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Develop cash flow forecasts and manage working capital efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
5. Risk Management:
- Identify and manage financial risks related to the telecommunication industry.
- Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and manage investment opportunities and financial projects.
6. Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative environment and promote a culture of financial discipline and accountability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
