- Work as part of the SG, MY Marketing Team with a focus on producing high-quality video and image ads for performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members within Marketing team to conceptualize, edit, and deliver visually compelling creatives optimized for digital ad platforms.
- Research and apply current trends in motion design, video editing, and digital advertising to craft engaging creatives that support campaign performance goals.
- Adapt existing videos and layouts to different formats and requirements for ad platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create additional marketing materials as assigned, maintaining focus on ads-related work.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing short turnaround times and creative quality.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and a high standard across all deliverables.
- Review final designs and videos for errors before publishing
Essentials to Succeed
- Proficient knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry and/or in performance marketing
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in related fields
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalent
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Capcut
- Additional bonus - familiar with using Figma
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail; highly meticulous and quality-focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; reliable and self-driven.
