Job Description
Review and manage user-submitted content (text, images, listings, etc.) to ensure compliance with content guidelines and platform policies, including pre/post moderation and escalation handling.
Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines (e.g., removal, rejection, flagging).
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and productivity while meeting defined KPIs and SLAs.
Conduct research on ads to identify misleading, spam, or fraudulent content based on current market trends, market knowledge, and online behavior.
Collaborate with team members to resolve ambiguous cases and escalate high-risk issues according to internal procedures.
Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to review policies or workflows.
Collaborate across teams to improve user experience and address content-related issues.
Participate in training, calibration, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years experience in Content Moderation are welcomed to apply.
Strong communication skills in English and Malay (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus in assisting to review Chinese content when available.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of moderation tasks.
Familiarity with internet culture, online marketplaces, and market trends is preferred.
Willing to work on rotational shifts (5 days work, 2 days off | 8AM – 5PM; 11AM – 8PM), including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days in office per week).
Additional Information
1 year contract, with potential conversion to permanent based on performance.
