You will be in charge of shaping the voice and visual identity of Cafe Dearest across all platforms
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for daily social media content (Reels, Stories, Posts, etc.)
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (小红书) and more
- Design marketing visuals using Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools
- Coordinate content calendar, promotions, festive campaigns, and influencer collaborations
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adapt strategies
- Capture real-time moments in the café to tell authentic brand stories
- Assist with simple poster printing, signage requests, and internal communication visuals
- Support the marketing manager with marketing ideas to drive foot traffic and sales
