Job Description:-
- Monitor and keep abreast with legal, regulatory, and policy changes, ensuring timely integration of requirements and adoption by the Company.
- Prepare, report, and follow-up on compliance reviews, identify gaps and areas of non-compliance and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Prepare reports for the Board deliberation, track action plans to ensure timely rectification of issues identified.
- Oversee post-corporate exercise documentation and file closures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for regulatory audits or reviews.
- Support on the compliance training programs to stakeholders on key topics such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) and Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Financing of Terrorism (AMLA).
- Support the Compliance Manager in day-to-day operations, projects, and ad-hoc assignments to strengthen the company’s compliance framework.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
