- Communication:Handling incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors, serving as the first point of contact for the company.
- Administrative Support:Sorting and filing documents, updating client records in a CRM system, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating with internal departments.
- Product Knowledge:Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Market Awareness:Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
