Job Description:
The Collections Officer is responsible for executing collections operations and strategies for consumer and SME portfolios in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with customers to secure payment arrangements.
- Review and execute appropriate collection actions, such as legal proceedings, debt restructuring, or settlements to recover outstanding debts and minimize credit losses.
- Collaborate with product teams and business units to ensure coordinated collection activities across the organization.
- Meet individual and team productivity targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections.
- Familiarity with banking products and operational processes.
- Good understanding of digital banking technologies.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
