The Collections Officer is responsible for executing the Collections operations and strategies for Singapore consumer and SME portfolios.
Job Responsibilities:
● Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans
● Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses
● Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection’s activities across the bank
● Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI
● Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager
Our Ideal Candidate:
● Have at least 2-years of collections experience
● Well versed in the bank products and processes
● Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space
● Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
