Club Managers will spearhead the operations and be a true ambassador of the Anytime Fitness Culture, resulting in a harmonious environment of happiness, laughter, play, and productivity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: human resourcing, operations, sales, financial control and management, planning, execution, reporting, motivating; assisting with developing, adjusting and enforcing policies and procedures as stipulated by the company.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Club Management
- Facility Management - ensure equipments and facilities are working well
- Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Manage / supervise cleaning staff on schedule and cleaning
- Cleaning supplies efficiently manage without affecting the member experience
- Coordinate with Contractors and suppliers for timely reports and needed actions.
- Manage equipment inventory and maintenance, including health and safety checks
- Overseeing risk management practices.
- Member Experience
- Ensure to meet and greet all new joined members and follow up member experience throughout the membership
- Provide assistance and timely resolutions to member concerns and requests exceptional customer service skills
- Ensure that Member Service requirements are met – duties may include the following:
- Fitness Assessments & Equipment Orientations
- Maintain Service Desk
- Facilitate training sessions
- Administration
- Ensure that all administrative requirements of the gym are met.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, troubleshooting, evaluating and completing payroll for fitness center and casual wage staff.
- Updating staff training materials and Standard Operating Manuals when required.
- Assisting with developing, adjusting and enforcing policies and procedures as stipulated by Anytime Fitness Asia.
- Ensuring effective budget management.

- Ensure the gym’s monthly performance is in accordance with the annual business plan as agreed with Franchisee/Owner
- Enabling staff workshops and encouraging staff development
- Promote and sell personal training programs and services and to distribute evenly across all training staff.
- Diligent Promotion of all Anytime Fitness programs, services and products
- Meeting and Exceeding all Gym Sales and Performance Targets
- Diligent supervision of Community Outreach Programs
- Designing and executing sales and marketing initiatives
- Design and execute member retention strategies
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills; articulate with both English and BM language
- Create an inviting and welcoming experience for all members
- Be able to lead a team a team to meet their monthly sales, marketing, financial and customer service targets
- Have objective handling skills, a proven track record of achieving KPIs and financially motivated.
- Bachelor’s Degree of any course, preferably Management
- Must have at least a minimum of 2yrs experience and proven track record in managing a Commercial Fitness Club operations
- Membership Management, Sales and Retention, Customer Relation
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel, Google Business/Office Apps; familiar with membership management softwares.
- Ability to multitask and work in a sales-driven environment.

- Demonstrate positive attitude by showing professionalism, courtesy, cooperation to both internal and external customers
- Manage and send the reports required including but not limited to sales, accidents, injuries, equipment damages, etc.
- Follow company protocols for discipline, performance management and safety.
- Manage compliance to club house rules and SOPs. Notify the club manager or department head of any unsafe acts or conditions as soon as possible.
- Ensure that all exercise equipment is in good condition. Clean equipment and gym regularly.
- Participate in safety training and safety inspections.
