Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and proactive individual to promote our dental clinic's brand and services across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content (text, photo, and video), and growing our online presence to attract and retain patients.
Key Responsibilities:Promotion & Marketing:
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and footfall.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new services, seasonal offers, and clinic events.
- Collaborate with local businesses, schools, and community groups for outreach opportunities.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and suggest improvements.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures.
- Shoot and edit photos and videos showcasing dental treatments, staff introductions, patient testimonials, etc.
- Write clear and informative captions, blogs, and educational posts related to oral health.
Social Media Management:
- Manage daily social media postings and interactions.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc.) and adjust strategy as needed.
- Stay updated on trends and apply them creatively in clinic marketing.
Patient Engagement:
- Create content that builds trust and encourages patient interaction.
- Help manage online reviews and respond to patient feedback.
- Promote patient education on oral health and dental care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Interest or background in healthcare/dental industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
- Knowledge of SEO and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Experience with influencer outreach or managing online campaigns.
