We’re looking for a friendly, creative and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant cum Content Creator @ Herra Dental Clinic Prima Sri Gombak to support our clinic’s brand growth and handle essential day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow your marketing skills while gaining experience in the healthcare & dental industry.
Responsibilities
Administrative/Clinic Assistant Duties:
- Assist in patient’s appointment and coordinate doctor’s schedule.
- Responsible for registering and answering patient’s enquires
- Assist with general administrative support to the team
- Support to prepare all documents for accounting purpose
- Provide admin support to management and clinical team
- Assist in clinical procedures
Marketing Duties:
- Create engaging content (posts, captions, basic graphics) for social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and respond to online inquiries
- Track marketing performance (eg. Engagement, traffic, leads) and prepare basic reports
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or CapCut) is an advantage
Requirements
- Interest in marketing, aesthetic, and healthcare industries.
- Creative and social-media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Good command of English is preferable
- Able to work shift
- Able to work at night and during weekends
- Friendly, professional, and a team player
