As a Clinic Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and a key support to our clinical team. Your role blends administrative precision with genuine care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with check-in and registration
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Support doctors and supervisors with basic clinical tasks
- Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of clinic supplies
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; healthcare experience is a plus
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English language
- Friendly, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic software)
