Responsibilities:
1. Creating a positive experience by welcoming, assisting and guiding
patients visiting the clinic
2. To ensure SOP is adhered accordingly such as;
a) Patients / Visitors are screened before entering the premises.
b) Patient / Visitors to check-in Mysejahtera apps before entering
the premises.
c) Patients / Visitor need to wear face mask and maintain social distance.
d) Ensure patients / visitors sanitize their hands and assist patients
to be seated.
e) Ensure only patients are allowed to enter the premises.
3. Front Counter
a) Assist in patients’ registration and tracking patient’s medical
record folder
b) To assist in tracing patient folder before the appointment dates.
c) Assist patients to first floor for procedures, surgeries, A-scan/OCT
4. Patient Care
a) Assist Patient Care team in performing basic procedures like
taking patient temperature, recording blood pressure,
collecting specimen.
b) Chaperone/Assist Doctor in consultation room.
5. Assist in discharge patient
6. Maintain cleanliness, comfort and safety for the Waiting Lobby
and Counter area
7. All front office and customer service related work
8. Any additional task assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,285.88 - RM2,532.46 per month

- STM/STPM (Preferred)
