Role Overview — Clinic Administrator
As the Clinic Administrator, you will ensure the daily operations of the clinic run smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
- Maintain a welcoming and seamless patient experience
- Oversee inventory of medical supplies and manage clinic equipment maintenance
- Uphold compliance with SOPs, quality control, and regulatory standards
- Lead front-desk staff and clinic assistants, providing guidance and support
- Generate operational and basic financial reports for management review
- Assist with staff training and performance development initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Prior experience in clinic or healthcare administration preferred
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; clinic management systems are a plus
- Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English (Mandarin/Tamil a plus)

- Working Hours: Monday – Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- (Sunday off, 1-hour lunch break included)
