Job Description
Join us as a Client Growth Executive and become a core part of Ajobthing’s sales team. This onsite role is built for ambitious professionals who thrive on fast paced, data-driven pitching, and tech-augmented selling. You’ll engage decision-makers across industries, help them hire faster, smarter and better turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
- Maintain and grow accounts from pitch to retention through upselling & solution-based consultations.
- Drive revenue by converting qualified leads into long-term strategic accounts through multi-channel outreach.
- Use data and trends to proactively suggest better hiring tactics to clients.
- Feed insights to marketing, product & customer success teams to increase customer adoption rate.
- Stay active into market trends in B2B, recruitment and HR tech to iterate & engage with customer as a contributor.
- Manage post-sale accounts to ensure satisfaction, reduce churn, and find upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Keep CRM data clean with smart input and for long term better decision making.
Qualifications
- Have 2+ years in B2B services, SaaS, fintech, consulting, payroll or banking sales.
- You are a junior to mid closer fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written).
- Driven by impact, commissions, and fast-paced growth.
- Are tech-savvy and curious about using Generative AI tools.
- You bring "A" game to manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and handle objections.
- Possess customer centric mindset & comfotable to work with data.
